PRIVACY POLICY AND USE OF THE WEBSITE

THE ADMINISTRATOR shall at all times ensure that the use given to the website, the contents, and the processing of the user's personal data are carried out in the most correct manner. In order to verify the accuracy of the data, next to each form for the collection of personal data, or in the services in which the user's contact e-mail address is required, the existence and acceptance of the particular conditions for the processing of his/her data will be made known, informing of the responsibility of the file created, the address of the person in charge, and the way to exercise his/her rights, also mentioned in the previous paragraph of these terms and conditions. Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, THE ADMINISTRATOR undertakes to request the user's consent to the processing of their email for commercial purposes at all times, and will inform the platform used for the management of email marketing.

  3. Cause damage to the physical, intellectual or moral person of THE ADMINISTRATOR, its suppliers or third parties;

  4. Introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are likely to cause the aforementioned damage;

  5. Attempting to access and/or use other users' email accounts and modifying or tampering with their messages.

 

THE ADMINISTRATOR reserves the right to remove any comments that violate the respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten youth or childhood, order or public safety or that, in his opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, THE ADMINISTRATOR will not be responsible for the opinions given by users in any opinion tool contained in the website.
