We ship your adult bicycle from the UK to anywhere in Spain, France, Portugal and vice versa, from Spain to the UK.

To ensure optimal protection and to meet insurance requirements, it is necessary to disassemble and pack your bicycle prior to shipment.

Instructions for packing bicycles for shipment

1. Remove both wheels (front and rear).

2. Securely attaches the wheels to the frame.

3. Fold the handlebar parallel to the frame.

4. Wrap the entire bicycle with cling film or black film.

5. Cover with bubble wrap for added protection.

Note: Bicycles not packed according to these instructions will incur an additional charge of £35 - £50, depending on size, and will not be covered by GotoVan's insurance.

How do we work?
Our collections are weekly, both in the UK and Spain, and take place between Tuesday and Wednesday. We will advise you in advance of the date and time of collection. Deliveries will be made within 15 to 17 days.
